Departure Package

The purpose of this program is to effectively and efficiently return the assignee to his/her home country

INTERMARK Consultant will assist an Assignee and his family with the move-out process prior to their departure to the their country
  • Prepare necessary documents for lease termination (termination notice, acts and termination agreements)
  • Accompanied move-out inspection and inventory inspection
  • Dilapidations negotiations
  • Negotiate and track return of deposit
  • Disconnect utilities (where applicable)
  • Coordinate house cleaning and repair services (where applicable)
  • Coordinate furniture removal (where applicable)
